A compassionate guide for healing minds and mending hearts
Nicole Davidson-Harshaw is a multifaceted mental health advocate, educator, and
therapist whose career bridges the worlds of art, education, and clinical care. A former
theater student turned Social Science educator (13 years in Duval County classrooms),
she later channeled her passion for human connection into a Master’s in Marriage and
Family Therapy, becoming a Nationally Board Certified Counselor and Licensed Mental
Health Therapist.
Specializing in anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and relational healing, Nicole empowers clients
through evidence-based therapies like EMDR, CBT, and Gottman Couples Therapy—
equipping them with tools to rewrite their narratives. Beyond her practice, she amplifies
mental health awareness as a sought-after speaker on TV, radio, and at faith-based
conferences, blending clinical expertise with relatable warmth.
A lifelong learner, she balances her work with yoga, meditation, and supporting the arts,
but finds her deepest joy in family moments. Nicole’s unique fusion of artistic empathy,
political science insight, and therapeutic rigor makes her a trusted ally for those ready to
turn struggle into strength—one compassionate step at a time.
“Your healing story is still being written—and every chapter matters.”

A Visionary Architect of Human Potential
With a trailblazing career spanning corporate leadership, clinical insight, and transformative coaching, RaQuel Hopkins is redefining what it means to thrive in a world where success is anything but simple. As the founder of Success is Complicated, she merges decades of high-stakes corporate experience—including her role as VP of HR for a global telecommunications giant—with deep expertise in clinical mental health counseling to empower individuals and organizations to move beyond survival and into strategic, sustainable flourishing.
Armed with a trifecta of advanced credentials—a BS in Business, an MBA in International Business, and a Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling—RaQuel bridges the gap between boardroom strategy and human vulnerability. Her work dismantles outdated notions of “coping” to instead ignite capacity-building: the art of expanding one’s ability to navigate complexity with agility, purpose, and resilience.
Her groundbreaking “4 Dimensions of Capacity” framework has revolutionized how professionals approach growth:
- Emotional Intelligence: Mastery of self-awareness and empathy in high-pressure environments.
- Critical Thinking: Cutting through noise to make decisions aligned with core values.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating trust and collaboration in fragmented worlds.
- Professional Leadership: Leading with authenticity to inspire teams and drive impact.
For RaQuel, success isn’t about checking boxes—it’s about designing ecosystems of capability that transform overwhelm into opportunity. Whether coaching executives, speaking to global audiences, or advocating for mental health integration in workplaces, her mission is clear: Equip people to thrive, not just endure.
“Your capacity isn’t fixed—it’s a frontier. Let’s expand it.”
Connect with RaQuel to reimagine what you—and your organization—are capable of.
